Bio

Soolim Park is Assistant Professor at NEOMA Business School (starting July 2024). She received her PhD from George Washington University. Her research interests are in the intersection of strategic management and environmental sustainability in the context of negative events and family firms. She is particularly interested in how firms make strategic choices after experiencing negative events such as organizational misconduct or natural disasters. To answer this question, she studies firms' responses to natural disasters, climate change strategies, and corrective actions after organizational misconduct.
